The Second Coming (1997)
Link A single girl realizes she's had a one night stand with Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

WARNING: OFFENSIVE CONTENT, ADULT VIEWING ONLY, NSFO

It ALL started with The Second Coming.  Kellie was so green to filmmaking, she had to ask her 1st A.D. where to stand and when to call cut. True story.

Eventually, the film garnered enough attention from festivals that the (then) new Comedy Network picked it up for national broadcast.  When it went to air, it quickly caught the ire of some angry Catholics, just what the executives at the Comedy Network had in mind! The Comedy Network put this short into heavy rotation for about two years.

The film was shot on 16mm and cut on a flatbed.

Stupid Chainsaw Tricks (2010)
Link Two bored suburban husbands seek immortality through the internet.

Shot as part of the well-respected annual Vancouver film race – Crazy 8’s – where selected filmmakers have 8 days to shoot, edit and deliver their film.

This film gave Kellie Ann the chance to add one of her favorite Canadian actors, Tom Scholte to her cast of regulars. A charmed experience, to say the least.

In the car scene, due to time constraints, the car was rigged with the camera on a door mount and the actors drove off calling their own ‘action’ and ‘cut’. With about 3 takes per drive, the actors only returned to the production ‘pit crew’ to switch the mount to the other side for coverage.

The film was shot on 7D, cut digitally and completed in 8 days.
